Overview: How you can make a difference The AVP Quality Engineering & Release Management role is a key engineering leader reporting to the Head of Engineering, responsible for defining and executing the enterprise Quality strategy for HealthEquity across three distinct ecosystems: our flagship platform, the platform for our Reimbursement Accounts Product, and our specialized Mobile suite. This role will lead a federated organization of Core Quality COE/Infrastructure team, Release Management team and a team of Software Development Engineers in Test, who are embedded within Scrum teams but report centrally to you. This leader's mission is to harmonize quality standards, modernize our release machinery, and pioneer the integration of Agentic AI to move us toward a self-healing, autonomous testing and release lifecycle.
