CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – CORPORATE OFFICE - (AUSTIN, MN) - Walmart CPFR & Replenishment Analytics. QUALIFICATIONS: Required - Applicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require employer sponsorship for a work visa. - Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer. - Responsible for the timely, accurate processing, and maintenance of replenishment purchase orders for Wal-Mart. - Employee will manage order from EDI to Delivery on all Walmart Loads - Employee is the customer’s advocate for order fulfillment and delivery. - Employee will watch lead times, warn on low fill rates and ensure on time delivery. - Promptly address deviations concerning customer purchase orders or service requests with brokers, sales management, marketing, distribution, quality assurance, production scheduling and Wal-Mart procurement. - Responsible for the timely...
