Join Our Team as an Attorney at Axiom We are seeking an Asset Finance & Leasing Counsel to join our Financial Services team . In this role, you will provide legal support to clients on a broad range of asset finance, equipment leasing, and secured financing transactions . Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Draft, review, and negotiate equipment finance agreements, lease agreements, and related asset finance documentation . - Advise clients on equipment financing structures , including secured lending, leasing arrangements, and asset-based financing transactions. - Support the structuring and documentation of commercial equipment finance transactions across various industries , including industrial and manufacturing sectors. - Provide legal guidance on credit risk, collateral structures, and security interests related to equipment and other financed assets. - Work closely with credit, underwriting, operations, and business teams to support equipment finance programs and transactional execution. - Review and negotiate vendor, dealer, and financing program agreements related to equipment finance platforms. - Advise on regulatory and compliance considerations applicable to asset finan...
