Our Company Gateway Pediatric Therapy: Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in person comprehensive client assessments and compiling detailed insurance reports to facilitate the development of individualized therapy plans. The ideal candidate will have strong assessment skills, an understanding of ABA principles, and the ability to write clear and accurate documentation for insurance purposes. The candidate must be comfortable traveling between Gateway Pediatric Therapy clinics, as well as the homes of clients requiring assessment, pending their direct therapy location. Additionally as part of this role, protocol modifications for current clients may occur within scheduled working hours, as applicable, and may be completed in person or remotely. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough direct and indirect assessments including interviewing parents, caregivers, and relevant stakeholders to gather essential information about the client’s history, needs, and goals for treatment plans - Effectively utilize standardized ABA assessment tools (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBA) to evaluate the client’s individualized skill levels, behaviors, and challenges. - Analyze and s...
