TITLE: Associate Director, Center for Student Involvement JOB SUMMARY: The Associate Director of the Center for Student Involvement is responsible for implementing the vision of an engaging student community through programming and innovative student organization development. The Associate Director is actively engaged in the creation and support of several large-scale campus-wide events; supports the development and maintenance of student-driven clubs and organizations; and is responsible for advising and mentoring TWU’s Sorority and Fraternity Life community.. The Associate Director is also responsible for all Risk Management initiatives and Service Initiatives for TWU student organizations. All programs and initiatives led by the Associate Director should demonstrate cross departmental and divisional collaboration. The performance evaluation is conducted through the performance evaluation system and in accordance with the University Policies and Procedures.
