The Role As a Data Analyst on Linktree's Business Analytics team, you'll sit at the intersection of product, growth, and leadership — turning the firehose of data from tens of millions of creators and billions of monthly visitors into the answers and insights our teams use to decide what to build, who to reach, and where to grow next. You'll partner directly with Product Managers, Marketers, and senior leaders to size opportunities, instrument new launches, diagnose what's working (and what isn't), and shape the metrics that anchor our roadmap. Your work won't sit in a dashboard nobody opens — it'll show up in roadmap decisions, leadership reviews, and the experiments that move our north-star numbers. This is an L3 role for someone who's ready to operate independently — owning analyses end-to-end, framing the right question before touching SQL, and being the trusted analytical partner inside a product squad.
