Overview DEPARTMENT : Administration: REPORTS TO: Business Administrator: SUPERVISES: HR Generalist: STATUS: Exempt: SCHEDULE: Full-Time: FUNCTION: The HR Coordinator will ensure that all human resource (HR) operations are carried out smoothly and effectively. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for developing HR strategies for the Kroc Center and providing sound advice to the Business Administrator and Kroc Administrators on all related subjects. The goal is to ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with all business objectives. DUTIES: - Supervises and coordinates all Human Resource functions for the Dayton Area Command - Oversees all personnel practices including hiring, disciplining, and terminating and general HR support, under the direction of and coordination with the Business Administrator and Kroc Administrators. - Hiring - Recruit qualified candidates using internal/external job boards for all open positions at the Kroc Center - Complete state background checks - Present qualified candidates to the department Managers for their review - Schedule and facilitate all interviews - Handle follow up correspondence to candidates - Develop and ma...
