Job Description: Summary/Objective: We are looking for Equipment Operators ( Excavator, dozer, roller, off-road truck ) Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Operate heavy equipment in compliance with the company's operating safety policies and procedures Ensure company equipment and material is maintained, kept clean, and stored in a safe manner Check filters and grease equipment: Observe the distribution of paving material to adjust machine settings or material flow and indicate low spots for workers to add material. Keep work area and equipment clean by collecting and disposing of scrap and excess materials. Proactively communicate with foreman, superintendent, and coworkers Properly follow all company policies and OSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
