Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: Mansions at Turkey Creek - Humble, TX 77338Job Category: Service/MaintenanceJOB SUMMARY Responsibilities include preparation of vacant apartment homes for move-ins and ensuring that established standards are met and apartments are timely turned. When needed, will assist with pool maintenance and grounds keeping. REPORTS TO: Community Manager and Lead Maintenance Technician SUPERVISES: None: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Prepare vacant apartment homes for move-in. Review the make-ready board and take direction from the Community Manager and/or Maintenance Manager to determine action to be taken on apartment homes. Make all repairs/replacements necessary for unit to be occupied as outlined on the make-ready checklist. Apply touch-up and full-paints as needed to interior and exterior of apartment homes. Clean out all trash from apartment homes before, during and after make-ready activity. Inspect completed apartment homes and schedules any necessary follow-up work before designating the unit as “Ready”.
