- Lead a dynamic team through continuous process improvements and service delivery - Drive continuous improvement and smarter tech solutions - Hybrid working arrangements The role: You will lead a multidisciplinary team of passionate professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality, client-focused services and innovative solutions. This role plays a key part in driving continuous process improvement, ensuring services evolve in line with industry standards and emerging practices across the university. As Senior Manager, Client Services and Computing, you will foster a strong service-oriented culture, enabling teams to deliver outcomes aligned with Charles Sturt’s goals and strategic plan.
