As a Ceramic Teacher , your mission is not only to teach, but to guide each session with confidence, warmth and energy - ensuring every participant feels welcomed, engaged and inspired throughout the experience. You will play a key role in shaping the overall atmosphere of the studio, balancing technical guidance with a strong sense of hospitality and attention to detail. Your Key Responsibilities: Teaching: - Conduct high quality classes providing knowledge and skills to students of diverse backgrounds. - Foster a conductive, dynamic and inspiring learning atmosphere within the studio's artistic setting. - Ensure a positive, friendly and inclusive environment with a strong sense of community during all workshop sessions - Provide an outstanding experience to all workshop attendees - beyond only technical instruction, creating a welcoming and creative environment where every participant feels valued and supported.
