Academic Req: Required – High school diploma, or equivalent; Preferred – 2-year Associate degree from accredited program/institution, or two or more years of college-level course work in a related field Certifications: First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention Work experience: Required – 1 plus year related experience and/or training; Preferred – 2 plus years related experience and/or training Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables: 1. Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards that are applicable to this position. 2. Enter information in Salesforce, and UC Portal as required by agency policy and procedures. 3. Review Salesforce and UC Portal for compliance with federal guidelines, as well as state minimum standards. 4. Document information related to delays in the reunification process. 5. Review and sign children’s records in accordance with agency policy and procedures and applicable licensing and contract standards. 6.
