Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical consulting. - 3 years of people management experience in technical roles. - 2 years of experience with generative AI techniques (e.g., LLMs, multi-modal, large vision models) or with generative AI-related concepts (language modeling, computer vision). Preferred qualifications: - 6 years of experience designing and deploying cloud-native distributed systems, data pipelines, or AI/ML workflows in an enterprise environment. - 5 years of experience in managing a technical team in a cloud computing environment or customer-facing role. - Experience interacting with C-level executives (e.g., CTO, CDO, CIO) to translate business requirements into technical strategies.
