Under general supervision, delivers physical therapy (PT) services through evaluation of patient needs, goal determination and development of treatment plans in accordance with the Maryland Physical Therapy Practice Act. Assists with the overall operation of the Department. Education: BS in Physical Therapy: Experience: None required. 2 yrs related experience preferred Skills: - Knowledge of physical therapy theories, practices and standards - Skill in oral and written communication - Skill in organization - Ability to set priorities and schedule patients utilizing time efficiently. - Ability to evaluate patient function, develop treatment plans and monitor patient progress. - Ability to manage an average caseload of up to 3 patients per hour. - Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Licensures, Certifications: - Current Maryland license as a Physical Therapist. - Healthcare Provider (CPR Certification).
