Mid-Level Product Support Engineering (Customer Support) Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Global Services (BGS) and the Product Support team is seeking a Mid-Level Product Support Engineering to support our team in Oklahoma City, OK. Candidates will be part of the organization that provides sustainment and modification support to the USAF (United States Air Force) to help maintain and sustain its fleet of Boeing 747 aircraft. This position will be a part of the E-4B team that evaluates airframe requirements, research equipment, parts, materials and tools to support sustainment and maintenance; resolve a wide range of technical and operational issues; and work closely with the Air Force and Government customers to ensure the continued safe operation of the fleet. The successful candidate will focus on engineering part substitution reviews for the fleet; evaluate aircraft and component Service Literature (i.e. Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, etc.); assist with scheduling upon receipt of Air Force disposition; and resolve a wide range of technical and operational issues to ensure the continued safe operation of the fleet.
