- Permanent part-time (2 days per fortnight) - Brisbane City, QLD - SCHADS Award Level 7 ($60.27 - $62.79 p/hr) + super About the role: The HSQF Governance Specialist plays a key role in strengthening governance, compliance and quality across the organisation. In this role, you will support the development, review and maintenance of policies, while also supporting teams to embed them in practice and bringing internal stakeholders along the change journey. As a stand‑alone position, you will work closely with the Director to shape policy direction, prioritise key initiatives, and deliver practical, achievable governance improvements that make a real impact across the organisation.
