Job description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to drive integrated marketing strategies for Evotec Verona. This role will play a key part in raising awareness, driving demand, and supporting strategic growth objectives by translating scientific and commercial goals into compelling marketing programs. Based at our Verona site, the role works closely with cross-functional teams across Strategic Marketing, Business Development, and Operations. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Program Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on brand positioning, awareness, and demand generation. Design targeted, multi-channel campaigns tailored to customer segments, services, and geographical regions. Leverage scientific knowledge, competitive and market insights to inform strategic decisions and shape impactful messaging and campaign direction. Content Creation & Channel Management: Oversee creation of marketing materials across channels (social media, web, SEO, video, print, exhibitions) ensuring consistency across channels and adherence to branding guidelines.
