Job Summary The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations while actively performing field work to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies. Acting as the primary on-site support, they address customer service needs, resolve operational issues, and facilitate communication between employees and leadership. This role involves providing training, conducting inspections, and fostering a positive work environment to maintain high employee morale and operational readiness. The Site Supervisor also assists in incident investigations, employee evaluations, and enforcing safety protocols while escalating concerns as needed. Through hands-on leadership and guidance, they contribute to a productive and compliant workplace.
