Contracted Student Interns, Acton Site Office 260003K0 Description As the state’s mental health agency, we handle a large volume of sensitive client records. In order to improve the efficiency, security and accessibility of these records, we are requesting the design and implementation of a dedicated medical records room within our site office. Objectives: · Create a secure, organized space for storing client records · Develop a systemic categorization and labeling system for efficient retrieval · Implement a record access tracking system to log who accesses records and when, ensuring full compliance of privacy standards Scope of Work: · Assess current record volume and office layout · Design the layout of the medical records room to maximize space and efficiency · Specify shelving, filing systems and labeling methods · Implement a digital or hybrid record access tracking system · Ensure design meets HIPPA compliance Preferred Qualifications: Given the population served, bilingual or multilingual fluency.
