We are urgently hiring a Massachusetts EEC Director II–certified Childcare Center Director to lead our licensed preschool childcare center in Leominster, MA. This is an opportunity for an experienced early childhood education leader who understands EEC compliance and childcare operations — and is ready to step into a role with clear expectations, operational partnership, and the stability needed to lead with confidence. Our organization is well-established, operationally structured, and committed to providing Directors with the resources, enrollment support, and staffing partnership necessary to run a compliant, high-quality program successfully.
