This is a key role in the Business Development Centre in Australia, a specialised team that provides strategic direction and execution of new business pursuits. The role reports to the National Director, Marketing & Communications for Australia and works in collaboration with a Senior Bid Coordinator and a dedicated Graphic Designer. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Lead and manage the full proposal process, from planning and scheduling through to content creation and submission. - Analyse requirements and ensure proposals meet all specifications, compliance needs, and deadlines. - Coordinate contributions from service line teams. - Work with team graphic designer to create compelling visuals of content and messaging. - Draft content aligned to win themes...
