Job description

Job Overview The Director TS&D is a key member of the Branded Products customer-facing technical team. They work closely with marketing managers and salespeople and provide an important technical and solution development link between current and potential customers and all Branded Products providing solutions. The primary focus is to strengthen the sales and conversion process through opportunity identification, needs assessment, technical consultation, and solution development. Duties and Responsibilities Subject Matter Expertise: - Develop an advanced working knowledge of key targeted applications, technical considerations, market trends and alternative solutions in the context of customer operational and business strategies. - Develop and maintain thought leadership on new application developments, technologies, and competition. - Work closely with cross-functional project teams both inside and outside Buckhorn to develop win-win solutions.
