Sodexo Government is seeking a qualified candidate for Food Quality Assurance Coordinatorr in Oceanside, CA . This position is supporting US Marine Corps contract for the Western Region and will conduct in unit evaluations to Mess Halls (Dining Facilities) located at Camp Pendleton, San Diego, Bridgeport, Twenty-Nine Palms, Miramar, and one located in Yuma, AZ. The critical role of Food Quality Assurance Coordinator will perform food quality, food safety, and physical safety audits as required per the requirements of the USMC contract. This is an on-site position that will rotate among the military base dining facilities which include mess halls, kitchens, loading docks, bathroom facilities.
