Transaction Processing Client Service Liason

Job description

Job family: - Responsible for delivering cash or securities operations servicing clients. May concentrate on a specific aspect of the business ( transaction processing, asset servicing, collateral, funds, banking , reconciliation, investigations ...). May also lead or contribute to projects or initiatives in the areas of operational efficiency, risk, quality, regulatory and strategy. Role: - Responds independently to highly complex inquiries, including those of a transversal nature impacting one’s own domain. - Can be a main contact point for a key client or a group of key clients in terms of responding to their inquiries and doing proactive services - Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of one’s own stream, the underlying operations and a core knowledge of other services/domains as to how it impacts one’s own stream. - Can do a training (both internal and external) on different subjects within one’s own stream aside from coaching newcomers in their responses. - Has a core understanding of the business of the client, how they are organized within a certain stream, for which they are a liaison. - Works and constantly coordinates with different stakeholders internally, specifically acc...
