Job description

General Job Description: Delivery of Model Dairy products to restaurants, convenience stores, grocery outlets, public facilities and a variety of other customers via light truck, van or semi-tractor trailer. Some responsibility for order picking and loading of truck. Essential Functions: - Approaching work with a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset, and engaging in the company Mission Statement to identify, value, prioritize, resource and sustain improvement opportunities. - Owning and promoting a Safety Culture by ensuring a safe work environment and promoting proper safety behavior. - Interface with customers in a friendly professional manner delivering superior customer service - Delivery of Model Dairy products via light truck, van or semi-tractor/ trailer on an established route schedule according to company policies and procedures and Federal/ State DOT regulations. - Establish and monitor customer par levels to maintain a high level of customer service and minimize shortages and return of product due to outdating.
