Here is a snapshot of the duties you can expect: SCOPE OF POSITION: Reporting directly to the Meat Department Manager unpacks, wraps, packages, stocks/restocks, grinds meat and complete grind log, weighs and prices meat and related products, assists customers, and completes nightly Meat room cleanup. BASIC FUNCTION : Perform duties necessary to ensure department products are unpacked, wrapped packaged, displayed, stocked/restocked, processed and ground, weighed and priced per department requirements per department requirements and Standard Operating Procedures. Assists department manager and customers as required.
