We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Cardiff to assist with the appointment of a Regional Development Manager , on a 3-month contract , likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £24.24 - £32.01 per hour Summary: This is a key leadership role contributing to the development and delivery of Foster Wales Cardiff and Foster Wales Vale of Glamorgan services. You will lead on regional partnership working, service improvement, and innovation across fostering teams. Working collaboratively at both regional and national levels, you will play a vital role in shaping fostering services, promoting best practices, and strengthening support systems for foster carers and children looked after.
