Role purpose This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of high performing individuals on a major project for Control Risks. The individual will be part of a team responsible for managing and leading teams who are responsible for high visibility 24/7/365 - intelligence-led patrolling, crime prevention & detection tasks, associated planning and preparation for proactive tasks and when required responding to incidents on client’s sites. A key priority is to provide physical protection to our client’s personnel, assets and sites providing assurance that incidents affecting the client are prevented or managed and resolved safely, lawfully, efficiently in accordance with all client and company policies/procedures and aligned with all business deliverables. The Operations Support Manager will set a clear positive example to all in their day-to-day work. Through the effective leadership and management of their staff, holistic support to and mentoring of TTMs & Shift Managers driving performance, ensuring compliance and setting high standards of service to deliver the best outcomes for the client.
