Collect and represent team metrics used for planning and executing projects. Modeling and teaching company values, principles, and processes to promote world-class engineering practices. Managing activities to attract, hire, and supervise engineers. Technical: Gather requirements, develop a plan, and execute projects to meet a schedule.
