This is a hunter-closer role designed for a professional who thrives on consultative selling and high-end residential remodeling. You will be the face of our company, meeting homeowners in their space, guiding their vision, and turning design dreams into signed contracts. We provide the leads; you provide the expertise and the close. What You’ll Do: Expert Consultations: Conduct high-energy, in-home design consultations with pre-qualified leads. Strategic Selling: Evaluate layouts, assess client needs, and confidently navigate budget discussions to provide a tailored solution. Design & Visualization: Recommend cabinetry, finishes, and hardware. Utilize 2020 (or similar software) to help clients visualize their new space.
