What You’ll Be Doing: - Support the delivery of the centres’ marketing programs, with a strong focus on social media, website and digital channels. - Assist in the day-to-day management of social media platforms, including content scheduling, posting, community monitoring and engagement. - Gather and coordinate content from retailers and the centre teams for use across social, website and EDM/database communications. - Update and maintain the centre websites, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and current. - Assist with the development, maintenance and use of the centres’ retailer and customer database. - Track and assist in analysing digital and social performance, providing insights to inform future activity. - Retailer liaison and relationship building to achieve Centre objectives. - Assisting with campaign plan...
