Maintenance Specialist - Manufacturing Environment DeForest, WI | 1st Shift | Monday – Friday At Demco , we don’t just maintain buildings, we support the environments where innovation happens. Now, we’re looking for a skilled, hands-on Maintenance Specialist to keep our operations running safely and efficiently. This is not your average maintenance role. You’ll be the go-to expert keeping both our facility and manufacturing equipment in top shape. Duties include: - Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment - Perform preventative maintenance and root cause analysis on production issues - Handle facility upkeep: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, and more - Complete interior repairs (drywall, flooring, fixtures) and support building aesthetics - Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party contractors - Maintain inspection records (fire, sprinkler, safety compliance) - Support snow removal and exterior maintenance during winter months - Play an active role in safety initiatives and OSHA compliance Qualified candidates will have: - At least 5 years of experience in...
