Keeps parts loaded, touch up, and ensure the robots are making quality parts. Work with the robotic programmer to ensure programs are running smoothly and efficiently. Duties and Responsibilities: - Load and unload assemblies into robot. Ensuring assemblies are located in the proper locations and the assemblies are correctly built. - Robot maintenance. Daily cleaning, wiping down robots and sweeping out robot cells. - Consumable usage. Changing out the consumables as need and ensuring the no more consumables are being consumed than need be. - Quality assurance. Ensure that the assemblies being welded are built properly and welds meet Morbark standards. Work hand in hand with robotic programmers to make program changes as needed...
