Quality Control Manager (Poland)

Job description

Location: Poland - Multiple Base Locations (Skwierzyna, Powidz, Bolesławiec, Żagań, Toruń, Poznań, Redzikowo, Świętoszów) ECC is seeking a Quality Control Manager for upcoming work across Poland under a recently awarded IDIQ MATOC contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) . The Quality Control Manager must manage the Contractor Quality Control program and organization for the assigned project to assure compliance with the site-specific Quality Control Plan and contract requirements. Experience in fuels work is desired but not required. Requirements: - Fluent in both Polish and English (written and spoken). - Ability and willingness to work full-time on-site in Poland to project sites as required. - Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general construction tools/software. - Five (5) years of work experience in a position directly related to construction with two (2) years of experience as a Quality Control Manager - Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Building Construction, or Building Science.
