Job Description OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry seeking an experienced Branch Manager located in Richmond, VA . This role requires a dynamic leader to manage branch operations and guide an enthusiastic team to ensure the success of the branch. The ideal candidate is a team player with the ability to manage and motivate a successful team over various roles, act as the subject matter expert for our product lines and services, as well as build and leverage lasting relationships to achieve and exceed overall financial and performance goals. In addition, they should possess a strong background in either equipment rental or construction, have proven success managing financials, exceptional problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
