This role sits at the intersection of people strategy and business performance, supporting our organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and talent needs to enable exceptional care delivery. The ideal candidate brings broad HR & People expertise, exercises sound independent judgment, and partners effectively with leaders across the Care team and broader organization. Responsibilities: Strategic Business Partnership Contribute to organizational strategy discussions by bringing a people perspective and translating leadership priorities into actionable People plans. Anticipate workforce challenges and proactively develop strategies that enable growth, scalability, and operational excellence. Translate clinical operational challenges (staffing, care model evolution, etc.) into actionable people strategies.
