By joining the Transformation Strategy & Reporting team, as Senior Consultant, you will provide enterprise insights, conduct strategic framing, and develop reports to ensure consistent decision‑making, forward‑looking planning, and leadership visibility on execution progress. Key duties and responsibilities: This role ensures the realization of SCOR transformation ambitions and its alignment with SCOR strategy through Transformation monitoring, governance and animation. This is a very transversal role, requiring liaising with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization. Operational Performance & Transformation Tracking: Define, implement and monitor efficiency KPIs, allowing to develop relevant action plans on core processes improvement & industrialization Develop and monitor a quarterly balanced scorecard to report on efficiency KPIs to senior leadership (including Group Excom) Contribute to the creation of a holistic view on costs for core E2E processes to support process efficiency improvement (Activity Based Costing – ABC) Identify risks related to the execution of the Transformation and propose mitigation actions.
