About the Job As the Risk Associate, reporting to the Director of Risk, you will play a key role in understanding and managing risks surrounding the platforms, participants, and transactions that zerohash works with every day, and in ensuring that strong risk controls are in place and operating effectively. Responsibilities: - Work tightly with cross-functional teams to analyze risks, to evaluate internal controls, support internal audit activities, and to understand current business operations and future developments - Own remediation plans and follow through from discovery to completion - Support the Internal Audit function by performing control assessments, spot checks, and remediation activities - Monitor for and assess risks presented by patterns and evolving risk trends, such as transaction flows, parties, services, or market structures that present aggregated risk - Evaluate and document internal controls and required mitigations, ensuring that risks remain well-controlled and holding the organization accountable to applicable...
