DoubleTree by Hilton Ocean Point Resort, a Colwen Hotels property, is in search of friendly and professional Part Time On-Call Banquet Servers to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for providing smooth and efficient food service to guests during events. EOE M/F/D/V - Ensure banquet rooms are set according to banquet event orders and management specifications. - Acknowledge and welcome each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly greeting (use guest name whenever possible). - Take orders from guests and deliver to appropriate person to execute. - Review and understand event plan at beginning of each shift. - Maintain knowledge of all menu items and composition. - Delivers food, beverages, condiments, and other requested items. - Ensure that food is prepared correctly and to the guest’s satisfaction; return incorrect or improperly cooked items to the kitchen. - Collect plates and clear table as guests finish their meal. - Adhere to all applicable Colwen and brand standards for food and beverage service and compliance with state liquor policies. - Clean design...
