Department : Operations Reports To : Restaurant Management: FLSA Status : Non-Exempt: Nature and Scope of Position: Demonstrates a passion to serve by being attentive to guests needs at all times. Ensures tables are clean, set and ready at all times. Essential Functions: - Exhibit integrity in all actions by meeting company standards in appearance, grooming, security, and sanitation. Always shows up in a clean apron, pressed shirt, clean pants, nonslip shoes, and name tag. - Demonstrate respect for each individual by communicating courteously and respectfully with management team, co-workers and guest even during peak hours. - Check the restrooms at least every hour to ensure they are clean and stocked. - Complete opening and/or closing duties. - Maintain building exterior by cleaning sidewalks, landscaping and parking lots. - Maintain a safe work area by cleaning up dining room and service aisle spills. - Enthusiastically acknowledge guests with the company’s five-foot rule. - Perform all other duties as assigned.
