Manager Fair Lending & Fair Banking

Job description

Under the direction of the Manager, this position is responsible for developing, enhancing and proactively managing Bank of Hawaii’s (Bank) Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) and small business lending (1071) programs. This position consults with business unit managers to ensure compliance management components are established and implemented for appropriate business functions across the company in the areas of governance, quality, reporting, analytics, and issue management. As a Bank of Hawaii employee, you ensure (or assist with ensuring) compliance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and Bank policies and procedures, including but not limited to those related to Fair Banking, Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations, Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act.
