Job description

The Senior Analyst, Business Automation is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and enhancement of automated and AI ‑ enabled solutions that improve the efficiency and accuracy of casino marketing operations. This role leverages programming languages, analytics, and emerging AI tools to contribute to the automation and optimization of defined processes such as campaign Quality Assurance (QA) and proofing, forecast model updates, and communication related to marketing launches and performance changes. Working closely with Casino Marketing, Technology, Analytics, and other partners, this position helps translate business needs into automation solutions that reduce manual effort while supporting informed decision ‑ making. The role supports the execution and ongoing optimization of casino campaigns targeting high ‑ value guests, with a focus on applying technology to improve speed, reliability, and consistency of operational processes.
