Department Overview: The Student Communications and Marketing team works with campus partners to ensure all students know the opportunities and resources available to them before and during their time at Boise State. Our goal is to help all Broncos have an exceptional Boise State experience Job Summary/Purpose: This position works with a cross-functional team of creative professionals to ensure the department runs smoothly and efficiently. The business operations coordinator will manage internal business operations, maintain the team’s project management systems, and serve as a liaison to vendors, campus partners and other university business operations teams. Please note, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Level Scope: Entry-level professional with limited or no prior experience to contribute on a project or work team. Incumbent learns to use professional concepts to resolve problems of limited scope and complexity under close supervision while achieving day-to-day objectives.
