The Logistics Shipping Clerk is responsible for packaging and shipping materials to both domestic and international locations ensuring on time deliveries meeting or exceeding the needs of the customer. Collaborate with the customers to offer best outcome solutions. Continuously seek improved methods to optimize the shipping experience. WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Handle materials to be shipped according to applicable manuals, company procedures, industry standards, and customer needs. - Package materials and prepare required documentation to ship dangerous goods according to CFR-49 IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations for both domestic and international. - Determine best method of shipment by utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, rates and routes as required. - Use packing equipment and materials appropriately to ensure integrity of the articles shipped are maintaine...
