Home: Errinrung, Retirement Community Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 Status: Full-time vacancy Southbridge Care Homes provides exceptional acquisition, management, and redevelopment services for long-term care homes and retirement communities across Ontario. Reporting to the Regional Director, the Retirement Home Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our retirement community. This individual will ensure a high standard of care, safety, and quality of life for all residents, while managing staff, budgets, compliance, facilities and customer service for staff, families, residents and volunteers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in senior care, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. This is a full-time position based in a professional office environment. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional need for overtime during peak periods.
