You will be responsible for supporting UK customers across our main channels and making sure every issue is handled clearly, quickly, and with care. What will be your mission?: Provide high-quality customer support for UK customers across email, chat, and phone. Handle day-to-day customer topics such as order questions, delivery issues, returns, refunds, complaints, payment questions, and basic product inquiries. Make sure every customer interaction feels natural, clear, friendly, and aligned with the Vilgain brand. Take ownership of customer cases from first contact to resolution, including follow-ups where needed. Escalate more complex cases to the right internal teams, such as logistics, warehouse, finance, product, or quality, and make sure they are followed through.
