As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day construction management efforts of large commercial projects. Your expertise, work ethic, attention to detail, and versatility will form the foundation of every build. The Project: 29-story, 994000 sf student housing project in downtown Tempe, AZ. The new building will consist of 791 units and 1534 bedrooms. The project contains three levels of parking with units on top of the parking podium. The property will feature a rooftop pool, fitness center, and recreation rooms as amenities. We broke ground earlier this year with a completion date of summer 2028.
