POSITION SUMMARY: The Inventory Analyst I will manage inventory replenishment processes for our Bass Pro Shops Supply Chain Department to ensure that the right products are available at the right time. This role involves analyzing stock levels and working closely with suppliers and internal teams to maintain optimal inventory levels. The successful candidate will use data-driven insights to support business objectives, minimize stock outs, and reduce excess inventory. Effective Communication is key to the role, as the Replenishment Analyst will be responsible for maintaining clear and consistent communication with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply chain disruptions. The candidate must also regularly collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as merchandising, logistics, and distribution, to ensure alignment between inventory management and business needs.
