Position Overview: Wellbeing Coaches provide person centred, evidence informed support to individuals seeking assistance with mental health and wellbeing across the South West WA region. Qualified and trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as the core component of Low Intensity Psychological Interventions (LIPI), they work with both self referred and GP referred clients to enhance coping skills, build resilience, and promote early intervention strategies.
