Job DetailsJob Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN 55077Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $40,000.00 - $140,000.00 Base+Commission/yearAs a Service Technician, you are responsible for performing diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on a variety of vehicles. This role involves identifying mechanical issues, conducting repairs, and ensuring that vehicles meet safety and performance standards. Requirements: Conduct vehicle inspections and tests to provide a diagnosis on all vehicles. Perform MPI on all vehicles Complete PDI on all new vehicles. Comply with all dealership and manufacturer job-related training and requirements. Achieve monthly productivity objectives. Communicate all vehicle repair recommendations and maintenance repairs with service advisor. Keep vehicle bays clean every day. Ensuring equipment longevity through care and cleanliness. Provide video/picture of repair recommendations for every RO, with clarity and personality. Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
